I’m a few months into using the Broccoli sprouts / Sulforaphane capsules.
I had felt the benefits of eating sprouts, prior to this but wanted to have a regular supply ( especially for times where I can’t source the actual sprouts).
I’m consuming them by opening the capsules and mixing the contents into a drink each day (just my preference).

These sprouts are helping me manage a particular condition and im very impressed with the product so far.
Great customer service also.
